Meta Data Deletion Documentation
For users who only want to delete their Meta Platform, Inc data from Impression, follow the steps below:
Log in to Facebook.
Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner to open the dropdown menu.
Click on "Settings & Privacy", then select "Settings".
In the Settings page, scroll down the left-hand panel until you see the "Business Integrations" section.
You will be shown a list of apps connected to your account.
Find the Impression App, then click on the "Remove" button to stop sharing your personal data with Impression.
A confirmation popup will appear. Please check the box and click "Remove".
A notification will be sent to us, and you will see a message confirming that the app has been removed.
Click "Done" to complete the removal process.
Navigate to the "Removed" section, located beside the "Active" section.
You will now see a list of all the apps you have restricted from sharing your personal data.
Locate the Impression App in the Removed section and click on it.
You will see a "Send Request" button. Click on it to send a request for deleting your data from the Impression App.
A popup will appear where you can check the status of your request. Click on the "View Status" button, which will redirect you to a page on our app showing the current status of your deletion request along with a confirmation code.
If you wish to log back into your Impression profile, click on the "Back to Login" button.
